At our works in northern Germany we have been producing special components for screw conveyors, augers, mixers and centrifuges for more than 40 years. Every flight is cut with high precision and pressed into shape in an interplay of human and machine — each one unique, each within the tolerances of DIN 15261 (part 2). That keeps us moving for customers all over Europe.

One-hundred-percent quality control right at the press: every single flight is placed on the gauge mandrel and measured — no spot checks. At your end that means: place, weld, move on. No rework, no aligning, no measuring.

Our material store holds 25 steel grades in 90 variants — from structural steel to Hardox, in every thickness. That is why: quote within 24 hours, delivery in 5–10 working days — and on request we make express possible in 24–48 h. Keeping dates is a promise here, not a target.

Savings from the process.
In-house laser and plasma cutting plus nesting software squeeze the maximum out of every steel plate. Minimal scrap, modern processes, sharp calculation — we pass the saving on without cutting quality.
Who we are.
Founded in Edewecht in 1980, we have stayed exactly what we do best: a specialist for one single component. No side products, no compromises — only sectional flights, every day, for more than four decades. The small northern German workshop has grown into a works trusted by customers across Europe.
What defines us is the mix: craftsmen who can read steel, and a production that has long thought digitally — paperless, data-driven, with our own laser and plasma cutting. At every press stands a person who checks every flight. Behind every pressing stands a data record that makes the next one better.
