C.E. Schneckenflügel is getting smarter. We are in the process of increasing our networking and automation – with the innovative FactoryWare Machine Management System (MMS) from Eckelmann AG.

Eckelmann AG promises more productivity, efficiency, and quality in SME sheet metal production with its new software, FactoryWare MMS. The flexible, intelligent cloud application captures, digitalizes, and analyzes production data in sheet metal machining. A minimum of effort makes a clear difference in process efficiency. Processes can be optimized and new services, such as precise machine capacity usage or predictive wear management, developed.

As an Eckelmann AG pilot customer, Schneckenflügel has greatly reduced the cutting times in its Zinser plasma cutting system in a very short time. Further steps for digitalizing machine parks with FactoryWare MMS are being prepared.  We at Schneckenflügel are convinced of the software’s effectiveness. “FactoryWare MMS has lots of potential because it creates a very solid database for networked manufacture and can integrate interfaces for CAD/CAM systems or job planning holistically and independently of the manufacturer. Here, digitalization is a great help to SMEs.”
