Offset screw blades

Double-walled screw blades are required for screw heat exchangers to guide the heating or cooling medium through the screw blades. Large-surface screw blades therefore ensure an optimum temperature transfer to the conveyed material. Using specially developed dies we supply offset screw blades which are welded to the screw shaft behind the cylindrical screw blades for a perfect fit.
